Surkhet, Aug. 31 : Chief Minister of Karnali Province Mahendra Bahadur Shahi has said Karnali Province is the boon of nature despite remote geography.
At a programme here Friday, Shahi said Karnali Province is belittled by spreading psychological fear terming it remote and poor.
Shahi was of the view that a practical and technical education among the people in the region and commercialization of the natural resources in the global market is the need of hour.
Likewise, Social Development Minister of Karnali Province Dala Rawal said the province government was working for the establishment of mountaineering technical university, adding that education was the major basis for human development.
