Kathmandu, Aug 23 : The Constitutional Council has recommended Acting Chief Justice Om Prakash Mishra to the post of Chief Justice.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Bhanubhakta Dhakal shared that the Council meeting held Thursday took the decision.
Mishra is serving as the Acting Chief Justice after the parliamentary hearing committee rejected then Acting Chief Justice Deepak Raj Joshi to the post of Chief Justice.
