13 March, Bhaktapur : CPN (UML) Chair KP Sharma Oli visited the Madhyapur Thimi-based Nepal Korea Friendship Municipal Hospital to pay tribute to his father, Mohan Prasad Oli, 97, who passed away this morning. Leader Oli arrived at the hospital with his spouse, Radhika Shakya. Party leaders, including central secretary Mahesh Basnet and central leader Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, along with other party members and local leaders, gathered at the hospital premises to pay their respects to the late Oli senior.
According to Hospital Director Dr DK Roshan, Mohan Prasad Oli was brought to the hospital at around 4:00 am today. He had been receiving hospital treatment for the past six months. His final rites are scheduled to be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat later today. He is survived by two sons and three daughters.
