6 March, Mahottari : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has asserted that there was no alternative to make the country self-dependent. Inaugurating the ‘Nepal Pulp and Paper Industries’ established at Gaushala municipality-1 in Mahottari district today, Prime Minister Oli shared that priorities would be given for industrial development and generating employment.
He mentioned, “We have no alternative to become self-reliant. Youth can involve in various types of commercial farming through the medium of collaboration. The province governments should support it.” The government is clear that prosperity could not be achieved without initiative of private sector, he shared. The PM expressed the belief that the established paper industry would help make the country self-dependent contributing to balance trade deficit.
The two largest parties of the country—CPN (UML) and Nepali Congress formed coalition government to develop the country, he stated, expressing commitment to complete postal highways, Sunkoshi Marin as well as other projects soon. PM Oli ruled out the possibility of restoration of monarchy in the country.
