Commerce Minister Bishwakarma stresses on integrated and commercial development

Kathmandu : Minister for Commerce Min Bahadur Bishwakarma, has stressed the need of integrated and commercial development of industries for economic development of the country.
Inaugurating the 14th National General Convention of Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises here today, Minister Bishwakarma expressed the view that there was immense possibility of development of small and medium enterprises in the country and it should be changed into opportunity.
He said that the government would identify the export-oriented goods to reduce trade deficit and it would pay attention to search global market.
Minister Bishwakarma said that the government has a policy to give grant to entrepreneurs for sheep and mountain goats at 20 districts to make the country self-dependent on Pashmina.
Similarly, central member of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Bharat Acharya, said that the government should pay attention for the development of small and medium enterprises.
Federation President Junga Bahadur Shrestha said that Nepal is behind in lack of coordination among government, entrepreneurs and policy makers even after having immense possibility of development.
District Presidents of 47 districts across the nation are participating in the convention.
